To Order from the Shop:

To place any order, either contact Lesley via telephone or FAX at (406) 837-DOLL (that’s 3655), E-mail the shop at misplacedolls@hotmail.com, or write to us at 269 Lake Hills Drive, Bigfork, Montana, 59911.

Payment can be made either by personal check, money order, cash, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa. We ship stock items immediately. There is a minimum of one week for greenware item orders.

Postage for doll supplies is added to the total cost with a minimum of the USPS Priority rate. Postage for greenware is charged at $12.00 per doll to cover shipping and packaging costs. We do guarantee delivery of greenware. If upon receipt any damage has occurred, the purchaser needs to contact the shop within 2 business days for replacement pieces to be mailed. After that time we will consider the greenware to have arrived free of damage and a fee will be charged for replacement pieces.

We make every attempt to insure that greenware is properly wrapped and packed for shipping. If greenware does arrive broken, we will provide replacements pieces but postage costs will be charged based on actual costs incurred for the shipping of replacement pieces.
