E'luminosity (Ellie) a Moonie of the Waning House
The Luminary Council monitors the several magical realms to help keep the balance in our universe. It is also a place of learning for those who are called there to serve. All who attend the council are known as Moonies and E'luminosity (She likes to be called Ellie), is one of these new students.
As a new student, she started in the Waxing House with the duty of monitoring the many magical realms in search of a new Moon Dragon to replace the aged one that guards the Tree where magic comes from. It was during one of her shifts that she heard a call for help and decided it was her duty to come to their aid.
This is how the young Moonie came to the House Mother of the Waning House, Meerher, asking for her assistance. That visit started the change in the future of the Luminary Council as well as the other Realms.

Now that Ellie has helped bring in a new Moon Dragon to stabilize the future of the realms, she has another problem. During her adventure she was given an empty book by the Bag of Possibilities. It was Meerher and Dree (the new Monacle Dragon of the Tree) who told her what her new mission as a Moonie was to be... she is now the Voice of the Monacle and will be his emissary to help those who need their aid!
