"A teli-pone needs electricity to recharge its 'badderly'" she told Rose. Rose did not know what a 'badderly' was, but as a magical elemental she understood electricity. All living things had some form of electricity as it was the power that made things work. Fingers moved, thoughts occurred, even magic used electricity in some manner, but how to put it into a 'badderly' could be a problem but Rose was not the type of fae to give up easily.
"This is Rose. I am stuck in some white world and am trying to find my way home. Who is this?" she asked the voice.
Now Granny Flare is a very practical house Brownie and normally would have thought that this was a practical joke, but when Rose mentioned the strange white world and making a wish, she knew what had happened since she had heard the story from Lil' Boots. It took a while, but by the time she was able to explain to Rose what she knew, the 'LOW POWER - RECHARGE' was flashing on the teli-pone again. "So typical, and I still don't know how to get out of here," she thought. "Granny, we need to recharge the teli-pone," Rose said. "Find out if you can bring us back and I will dial your number again after the 'badderly' is full and we have rested."
