Strange Going Ons...

Rinaldo Sgranocchiaferro  (The Iron-nibbler) and ​Giuliano Fortebaffo (Strong-whiskered) were pulling  guard duty again outside the Fortezza da Basso when Rinaldo asked Giuliano about all the strange goings on the past week.  "Did you see that booth with all the beautiful ladies and magical creations in it?"

"Yes," answered Giuliano, "Especially the strange one that came from an unusual place called Montana.  She said that Montana means "mountainous" and a lot of Fae live where she lives.  She called herself a Dreamweaver,  whatever that means."

"She went on to explain she spins fairytales out of dreams and wishes.  Almost like that Cinderella story that we heard about from cousin ​Taddeo Codefiero (Proud-tailed)."

When Rinaldo looked confused for a moment, Giuliano continued, "You know, the one that took the job of pulling a pumpkin coach one night for some beautiful princess."

Not to be outdone, Rinaldo decided to tell Giuliano about a stranger he had met as well.  "While making my rounds, I met a funny looking frog in the library who wears glasses and reads!" replied Rinaldo. "Though he prefer to call himself a Bibliophile Amphibian.  He even has a long distance relative that is famous from some story about willow trees and the wind.  How strange is that?"

While our stalwart guards were discussing all the goings on at the Fortress, our Amphibian friend decided to take a 'leap of faith'.  He had been invited to journey to this strange land of Montana and make it his new forever home.  I think it was something about a large library there that cinched the deal.
