What Do You See???

What a crazy Montana summer it has been.  Crazy because we went from Winter right into Summer.  Usually we can start putting plants out in May for sure.  But here I was still (on occasion) needing to go out and cover the plants up to keep them safe from the frost.  Plus we were still even getting snow up in the mountain passes.

​So, for as crazy as things have been lately, I thought it might be a good thing to visit the fortune teller, Madame Llesenia, to see what she might have to say about this mixed-up topsy-turvy energy.

"I see where you are looking for new creative expression" Madame said.  " Well yes," I tell her.  "I have finally gained some control over the size of dolls I want to sculpt in.  I just did three different sized heads to determine what it is that I need in the clay so I get the size I want in the porcelain."  One does always seem to tell a fortune teller more than they wanted to know *lol*.  

Part of the math of working in porcelain is keeping in mind that porcelain shrinks from the original size sculpted in clay by at least 20% when baked in the kilns.  I have been working in a comfort zone with my dolls but now, by having more control of knowing what I create will come out in the size I want it to be, will free me up to be more creative.  Not having to worry how to work with the whatever size the sculpted head came out when finished really gets those fun inspirations flowing again.

Taking control of the cards again Madame Llesenia continues with "I see traveling for you in the near future."  I shake my head in amazement.  How does she see this stuff?  "Yes," I validate for her.  "I will be traveling this month to a doll show that is part of the third phase of my competition for judging on one of my dolls."  It will be exciting because again like the last show I just went too, it will be in a State I haven't ever visited before.  Though Missouri in July could be a challenge as they have been getting a lot more of that hot summer heat than we have been getting in Montana.

Madame then turned over the Lovers Card, "Something is going to change your plans or the course of your experience, something that may look negative on the surface but will later prove to be a blessing in disguise," she says slowly in her mystical voice.  

"Aaah, yes," I said totally understanding another big change I will be going through. "My hubby just retired from his job and now will be at home with me more."

At first the normal reaction is --- will I be staking him out on the lawn?  Will people be asking me where I buried his body?  But no, this will be a fun I decide.  

For my hubby is a great supporter of my dolls and has helped me in many ways with them.  He even inspires me on occasion and challenges me on others.  Having some help with some of the mundane stuff of dollmaking and selling will really be freeing me up and opening my creative portals.  So yes, this will be a good thing.  

As so often for me when I have a reading, it is usually ends up about the energy I am in and experiencing more so than the future.  But you know I rather not know what is in the far future as that is part of the fun of discovery as I walk this path.  It is nice to know though that someone does watch over me, for otherwise how would they know what is even going on in my life unless they were watching me *smiling*.
