2026 International Art Doll Registry (IADR) Convention EXHIBITOR Registration prior to January 15, 2026 is 295 Euro. Registration fee between January 15, 2026 and before March 1, 2026 is 325 Euro. On March 1, 2026 the registration is 350 Euro. This site reflects the converted Euro to Dollar equivalency. Registration for the convention includes:

  • Convention attendance (May 8-10, 2026)
  • Registration information & greeting packet (includes collectable 2026 IADR key-chain charm)
  • Attendance at any of the free workshops (for registered guests)
  • One doll entry submission for the juried show competition
  • One Art & Aperitivo Night event ticket featuring Guest Speakers, Jury Show Awards, and Advance Showing of the Exhibit Hall
  • Opportunity to receive the Special Speaker gift (Catch of the Day) which is limited to only registered attendees
  • The option to conduct a workshop during the convention and/or provide a doll exhibit/sales table during the convention at no additional fee
  • IADR Members may also choose the option to participate at the MIDA Fair Event (April 25 - May 3, 2026) at the IADR booth to exhibit their art dolls which can be available for purchase or display and may offer public demonstrations (see MIDA Fair Event information below)

As the convention will be held in Italy - fees have been converted from Euros to U.S. Dollars for the purposes of payment on this site.
