As the head of the Waning Section of the Luminary Council, it was Meerher's responsibility, being of course wiser and more knowledgeable with age and experience, to help the fledging new Moonies discover their talents.
Meerher is 15 inches tall to the top of her moon crescent hair style. She is a One-of-a-Kind sculpted, hand crafted and hand painted porcelain doll with porcelain head and porcelain hands. She has a soft body which allows some pose-ability. She come with her collectable book and stand.

Each porcelain doll is made from fine porcelain and has inherent qualities that can cause injury or harm if not properly maintained and cared for. Porcelain is a fine glass that can be broken. When broken it is very sharp and can easily cut. Also, each porcelain doll has small parts that can be detached and should not be given to small children or people who have a tendency to place foreign objects in their mouth. Dolls should not be stored in direct sunlight for as with anything always in contact with direct sunlight, clothing, people, etc., tends to fade.
