In this project my Eemps were the element of playfulness. I was inspired by a cartoon face that was just begging to come out and play. As often I say... one is good... two is better! So why not twins - but not any twins but fraternal twins. This way I could play with the similarities but still make them different. After all, fraternal twins share the same space but not the same egg.
I received such fun reactions to my blue coloring of the Pyksee that I wanted to play with that again. But what to do with the other twin? Well, why not try a metallic type of wash instead. So begins my playing.
My Blue Eemp, having traits of a Pyksee, I still wanted it to be different then a Pyksee. There are few hair colors that work well with blue skin. Luckily, white is one of them and add a dash of blue and it takes on a punkish feeling. Of course my little fairy Eemp wanted blue too... so in went a wisp here and there.
Then comes the dressing, which by then I was pretty much getting told their personalities. My little dark one was shy and curious, while my little blue Eemp was daring and a little tomboyish. As they continued to play with me, we kinda of fight (or is that called a "heavy discussion"? ) of who was going to wear what.
