Clothes Make the Man... Naked People Have...

As I work on the body of my next character, the Baron (Bats), I need to be thinking ahead as to what he will be wearing.

​All of my characters are very opinionated about their clothes and I do find this hard to be their dressmaker/tailor.  After all, the clothes reflect their personalities and helps to set them in time.  It also aids in the story they are telling.

​So... What is the Baron telling me about his personality?  He is older than dirt (very refined dirt of course), and he has a spring in his step.  He draws on the magic of the Fantastic Beast's character who is looking for magical creatures, as I am partial to this steampunkish flair of clothes.

​But he also has a little bit of David Niven in him.  After all, the Baron is a great traveler and has an air of debonair about him.  I really like the Pith hats too. 

I will be needing to make one of those but just haven't decided which style to go with yet.

​So in the words of Mark Twain... "Clothes make the man.  Naked people have little or no influence on society."  As such, since my Baron isn't getting any younger, I better chase him down and get him dressed.  I don't think this will be too hard as he does like it when someone chases him. He is a silly ol' goat with a mischievous twinkle in his eyes. *lol*
