Have you ever been or heard of being Elfshot? I hadn't either until my latest character revealed this little known tidbit to me.
As quoted from The Secret Lives of Elves and Faeries by Rev. Robert Kirk:

Thus, the Subterraneans (Fae) are at pains to not wound any mortal, since they are then able to perceive the goings and coming of the Faery people." |
I had to wonder how this applied to my encounter with my latest character, Nemmer. He told me it was very obvious-- otherwise I would not be able to see him now. As I still was unable to make him out clearly yet, he offered to do it again, but I told him we would give it time to see if my vision got any clearer first. Let's not overdue a good thing.

After many, many, many (did I say many?), more conversations, he finally started to appear before me. Was it the Elfshot that helped me gain this sight or was it that Nemmer was only letting me see what I needed? (Or was it that he wanted me to finally get his features right so he would not have to explain to the others this was supposed to be him?)... |
| But he has been the most detailed and revealing character on my Facebook site to date. He has not necessarily been "true" to me as he didn't stay the size I initially wanted. But the clarity he has revealed to me during our time together has resulted in me forgiving him. Will you be able to see him as clearly as I do? I hope to make him even more visible in the coming weeks. |  |
So be warned, Elfshot is not painful but it might require checking for tiny pin pricks. And after being Elfshot you will find it is addicting because then if you are like me... you want to see so much more!
