What's a girl gotta do???

"Why go shopping of course!  So  I packed the Outie (Lesley) safely in behind the driver's seat of her coach (she said it was called a 'car') and headed into town to visit her favorite shopping place called Joann's Fabrics.  Wow!  I could not believe the stuff they had there and my Outie said that they don't use magic to get it... (I still think she must be delusional)."  

"With my electric blue hair, I wanted a fun fantasy look which my Outie told me earned me my 'stripes'.  There is something about stripes that make her smile when she sees them on a faery.  So when I first made eye contact with her and showed her my inner sparkle we knew the hunt was on for the perfect stripes."

"But do you know how hard it is to get stretchy striped material in a small town (and without using magic)?"

"​The Outie (she told me to call her Lesley) thank goodness can work her own magic cause she said she could use socks if need be and off we went to another shop with a big target bullseye on the front of it (one like Nemmer uses when practicing his archery).  Her aim was true and we found a solution.  I also realized that Outies have their own magic!  (She has this plastic card that she says works like magic cause instead of using sheckles (coins) when she had to pay for stuff she used it instead and 'POOF' - the Outies at the shop gave us everything we asked for)."

"While we were looking around in the shop, I convinced the Ou- oops - Lesley, that I would look dazzling in purple but I also needed to have lots of POCKETS.  Pockets are very necessary to a Borrower (we need places to put stuff while we look at other stuff that catches our eye...)." ​

​"After we got back (and I found a lot of things in her 'car' that were very interesting - but she told me to put them back) to the workshop and some of our new purchases were put to use, Lesley said that I could peek out now so others could see me.  I was now in my "jumpsuit" as she called it and not running around the house naked.  

She says she is off to now begin working on my coat with lots of POCKETS!  It makes me want to jump for joy!"
